  • •Achieve A*-C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent).
  • •Have indefinite, full right to work and reside in the UK, and have resided in the UK for a minimum of three consecutive years.
  • •Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, team working/collaboration, and organisational/influencing skills.
