Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals and provide strategic HR guidance.
  • •Advise leaders on compensation, promotions, job titles, organizational changes, performance management, and career development.
  • •Support organizational design, workforce planning, and HR system and employee data changes.
  • •Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, HRIS transactions, and policy administration.
  • •Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, conflict resolution, and corrective actions, and drive employee engagement through surveys and recognition programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years of progressive HR experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
  • •Experience supporting in-office and remote employees in a start-up environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders on employee relations, performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning.
  • •Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices; ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters; experience with HRIS platforms such as Rippling.
