Key Responsibilities

  • •Support all end users across the enterprise and assist in designing enterprise mobility operations solutions.
  • •Provide engineering and fourth-level support for mobile support and operations services.
  • •Partner with BU Mobile leads on end user support system consolidation, ad-hoc requests, and escalations.
  • •Track and close ticket escalations using Mobile Device Management (MDM) software and help desk ticketing tools.
  • •Architect improvements and execute system upgrades for on-prem and cloud servers; maintain SOPs and system architecture documentation and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.

  • •Minimum 8 years of experience architecting and deploying process improvement solutions.
  • •Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) software and service operations, including Mobile security and user/device support.
  • •Experience with help desk ticketing software and ServiceNow.
  • •Experience with vendor management and vendor/partnership coordination.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a US DoD Secret clearance and US citizenship is required.
