Principal Commercial Underwriter (Full Time) - SB Greenway

Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative credit analysis and underwriting for commercial loan requests. Partner with commercial lending officers to assess risk for new and existing client relationships and structure loans within policy to mitigate risk. Prepare in-depth written credit memorandums and present complex opportunities to loan approval authorities, including the loan committee. Mentor junior analysts while identifying high-risk situations to protect the bank.
