Job Summary

Coordinate mortgage refinance closings by scheduling dates, times, and locations with borrowers while delivering exceptional customer service. Review loan files for proper closing disclosure acknowledgment, send initial disclosures when needed, and escalate to the right parties if borrowers don’t respond. Manage loan updates including scheduling entries, title fees, escrow and prepaid setup, payoffs, and monitoring the ALTA Recon pipeline to reconcile final documents after disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

•Schedule refinance closings with members within SLA and communicate directly on date, time, and location.
•Review loan files for proper closing disclosure acknowledgment and send required initial closing disclosures.
•Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers and escalate to loan officer, closer, or processor when responsiveness is lacking.
•Enter scheduling information correctly into the system and send scheduling emails to the title company.
•Review and update title fees and loan items (escrows, prepaids, payoffs) and monitor the ALTA recon pipeline to reconcile final signed documents.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.2 - 36 hourly

Key Requirements

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
•Available to work varying hours and overtime if needed.
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
•Prior mortgage industry experience is a plus.
