Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage project management commissions end-to-end with responsibility for time, cost and quality targets
  • •Act as the day-to-day client interface to ensure client objectives are met and governance is maintained
  • •Develop and maintain project definitions, requirements, schedules, budgets and performance parameters
  • •Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage resource planning, procurement and stakeholder engagement
  • •Identify and monitor risks, implement mitigations and produce formal progress reports

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred if experience is in a complex stakeholder environment
  • •Preferred if NEC3: ECC Project Manager accreditation is in place
  • •Preferred if chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS etc
  • •Candidates will ideally be degree qualified in a construction related subject
