Job Summary

Contribute to client training and education for Mastercard Advisors through development and delivery of eLearning and virtual training programs. Gather and analyze information to build effective training materials, structure courses and presentations, and present drafts for stakeholder feedback. Plan and organize work within project timelines, and share tools, methods, and best practices gained from engagement experience. Build internal relationships to support training development.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the development of eLearning and virtual training programs for large global clients from a central delivery hub.
•Gather information from multiple sources, collate, analyze, and triangulate to develop effective training materials and programs.
•Apply eLearning and virtual training techniques to construct lessons and training resources.
•Structure and prepare training courses and presentations, and present drafts to stakeholders for review and feedback.
•Plan, organize, and structure own work to manage time and effort within project budget and timeline expectations while extracting and sharing best practices across projects.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrable consulting and training skills.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (advanced degree preferred).
•Professional-level English language capability.
•Strong communication skills, both interpersonal and written.
•Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills with excellent project management ability.
