Key Responsibilities

•Manage the day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure high service quality and efficiency for both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
•Coordinate with the executive chef and bartender on menus and beverage lists, ensuring smooth communications between restaurant and kitchen
•Oversee staff scheduling, attendance, leave rosters, training, and discipline to maintain operational standards
•Control procurement, inventory, costs, and budget adherence; manage the restaurant’s P&L and revenue targets
•Lead PR and marketing activities to maximize exposure, footfall, and sales, and generate weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports

Key Requirements

•High School Graduate
•Proven experience managing day-to-day restaurant operations (FOH/BOH) and coordinating with kitchen, bar, and service staff
•Experience coordinating pre-opening activities including staffing, training, stocking, menus, budgets, and marketing plans
•Strong training, scheduling, attendance, and HR discipline administration capabilities
•Experience managing inventory, purchasing, cost control, and P&L with a focus on achieving revenue targets
