Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, document, and continuously improve the team’s delivery cadence (ceremonies and reporting rhythm) and adapt it per workstream needs.
  • •Own stage-gate criteria for moving work between phases, ensuring dependencies, acceptance criteria, and Definition of Done are met; track exceptions/waivers when gates are bypassed.
  • •Build and re-forecast delivery plans using real data (backlog sizing, velocity history, dependencies, risks) and proactively flag slippage.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for delivery status to leadership by translating delivery details into progress, risk, and trade-off narratives.
  • •Own delivery process documentation and run retrospectives that generate real process improvements and keep workflow/gate criteria current.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Program Manager, or Technical Project Manager roles across multiple teams or workstreams.
  • •End-to-end experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban/hybrid delivery cadences, including designing and improving ceremonies.
  • •Hands-on experience with story-point estimation, velocity tracking, and forecasting timelines from delivery data.
  • •Ability to hold process/quality gates under deadline pressure while clearly communicating without becoming a bottleneck.
  • •Fluency with delivery tooling such as Jira and Confluence, plus building reporting views (burnup/burndown, roadmaps, dashboards).
