Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead treasury operations vertical(s), ensuring delivery excellence, control adherence, and high performance.
  • •Coach, mentor, and develop team members; establish priorities, performance goals, and development plans aligned to global objectives.
  • •Drive global treasury transformation initiatives, including automation, process optimization, and system integrations with Technology and Operations.
  • •Own key payment and treasury operations including capital call and management fee reconciliation, FX reconciliation, cashbook maintenance, cash/transaction reporting (including Hazeltree), and credit wire preparation (including transition to STP).
  • •Oversee callback and beneficiary review processes across APAC, EMEA, and US; manage vendor banking details in Coupa; support audit requests related to PE funds reporting and FX reconciliation; serve as escalation point and liaison across internal functions and external banking partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g., CTP, CFA, CA, CPA) preferred.
  • •10–12 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or financial operations in a global financial institution or asset manager.
  • •Proven experience leading teams and managing global processes or projects.
  • •Strong understanding of treasury workflows, accounting principles, and risk control frameworks.
  • •Experience driving automation, process transformation, or system integration; treasury systems/tools experience preferred (e.g., S4Hana, Coupa, Workiva, Hazeltree, Smartsheet, Excel).
