Job Summary

Own end-to-end platform traffic operations for the BytePlus website, planning channel strategy across organic search, recommendations, partnerships, and content-driven traffic. Analyze UV/PV, retention, conversion, and CAC to report performance, spot trends, and optimize growth efficiency. Partner with content to build a closed-loop ecosystem, manage third-party traffic relationships, and monitor competitors to launch new initiatives aligned with business KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and manage full-channel traffic operations across the platform, including organic channels like search, recommendations, ecosystem partnerships, and content-driven traffic.
•Develop and execute traffic growth strategies to meet targets across user acquisition, engagement, and paid conversion.
•Track and analyze traffic KPIs (UV, PV, retention, conversion, CAC), prepare reports, and optimize strategies to improve traffic quality and efficiency.
•Integrate the platform’s content ecosystem with traffic operations by collaborating with the content team and building a closed-loop system for sustainable user growth.
•Manage external traffic channel relationships (third-party platforms, partners, advertising networks) by negotiating cooperation and expanding new traffic sources while controlling acquisition costs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, New Media Operations, Advertising, or related fields.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in platform traffic operations; experience with internet, content, or e-commerce platforms is preferred.
•Strong results orientation with clear goal focus and a proactive, responsible mindset.
•Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
•Familiar with AI-related products and well-versed in traffic logic and growth mechanisms across digital platforms (e.g., short video, content/community platforms, search engines).
