Own the enterprise-facing product experience for Counsel's healthcare partnerships, shaping how partners integrate and embed Counsel's care capabilities. Key Responsibilities

•Co-design with partners: push back where the vision is wrong, push harder where it isn't going far enough.
•Build platform primitives that make each new integration easier than the last, so the team isn't rebuilding from scratch every time.
•Own partner relationships end to end, navigating executive conversations with clarity and earning trust through what you deliver.
•Champion a high bar for the end user experience in every integration, every conversation, every build.
•Ship net-new features for patients — onboarding flows, evals, care interactions, clinical touchpoints — and ensure they work across all partners.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 205,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of product management experience with a meaningful focus on B2B2C products.
•Strong technical fluency: APIs, integrations, and platform architecture. You make the right calls and earn the respect of your engineering partners.
•Experience on a B2B2C product where the end user experience actually mattered for the success of the partnership, and where the business had strong opinions about how that experience should look.
•A systems thinker: you design for the current partner and build for the next five.
•The kind of relationship with partners and engineering where they actually want your opinion, not just your roadmap update.
