Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary alignment point between procurement, finance, sales operations, and engineering for tool behavior and requirements
  • •Own requirements and the data model for vendor records, line item pricing, currency handling, quote versioning, and approval status
  • •Map end-to-end vendor quoting workflows and identify where the process breaks down, adds risk, or creates friction
  • •Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, and process documentation for engineering and non-technical stakeholders
  • •Scope, validate integrations and support new features through UAT; write SQL to investigate pricing/data issues and maintain data quality post-launch

Key Requirements
