Job Summary

Operate and optimize a high-end immersive experience center onsite for client events in Washington, DC. Oversee technical operations for immersive theaters and interactive spaces, including control systems, DVLED video walls, lighting sync, and CMS-driven experiences. Partner with client events teams on technical/experiential strategy, troubleshoot and escalate immersive technology issues, and use ServiceNow to track activities. Support maintenance, post-mortems, and as-needed break/fix for AV devices across the facility.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the technical operations of immersive event environments and interactive spaces, ensuring systems are prepared and optimized.
•Support production design, setup, and configuration of immersive control systems, DVLED walls, lighting sync systems, and CMS-driven experiences.
•Serve as the primary technical escalation point for equipment troubleshooting, service, and maintenance needs, coordinating with client engineering teams and integrators.
•Provide technical consultation on show flow, content sequencing, and experiential system design, and lead post-event post-mortems with recommendations.
•Perform preventative maintenance and daily AV health checks, including break/fix and Preventative Maintenance Visits (PMVs) as needed using ServiceNow ticketing.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 36 - 46.07 hourly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of AV experience supporting onsite, virtual, and hybrid live events.
•Hands-on experience with Cyviz, Alleo, Appspace, and Mosaic, supporting executive-level immersive sessions and walkthroughs.
•Knowledge of immersive theater environments, show flow, and content sequencing.
•Experience deploying and maintaining DVLED video walls (NanoLumens), including Cyviz windowing/presentation controllers and touch-enabled DVLED systems with multisource touch redirection.
•Working knowledge of AV systems including audio/video routing and signal troubleshooting (e.g., HDMI ingest, Biamp/Q-Sys, Shure wireless, and AV over IP concepts).
