Own and monitor the restaurant expansion pipeline for new store openings, validating franchise-chosen locations and asset types based on competition, trade zones, and customer behavior. Partner with franchisees and internal teams to improve pipeline quantity and quality, keep the portfolio “fresh” through remodels and relocations, and ensure adherence to brand standards while steering suppliers, vendors, and consultants to deliver profitable, timely expansion.
