Lead end-to-end video production to strengthen Air Apps’ brand storytelling, from concept and scripting through post-production, while coordinating with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams. Manage crews, talent, and locations, optimize content for social/web/app platforms, and ensure timely delivery within budget in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

•Concept & scripting: Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to develop compelling video concepts, write scripts, and create storyboards that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
•Production management: Oversee all aspects of video production, including hiring and directing crews, sourcing talent, managing sets and locations, and ensuring necessary equipment is available.
•Post-production oversight: Guide the editing process, including color grading, sound design, and motion graphics, to deliver polished and engaging video content.
•Platform optimization: Ensure video assets are optimized for various platforms such as social media, web, and in-app content while maintaining consistent production quality.
•Quality control & budgeting: Maintain brand standards, adhere to deadlines, and ensure video production stays within budget constraints.

•Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.

•Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
