Job Summary

Own shift-based operations for Purchase Order and STs processing, driving hourly/daily targets with 100% accuracy. Lead shift handovers with thorough documentation of pending tasks, system issues, and data anomalies. Supervise shift Data Coordinators, run real-time data hygiene audits, and monitor KPIs and bottlenecks. Serve as the technical point of contact for Logistics and Inbound teams, maintain shift logs/dashboards, and help digitize and file sensitive records.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage shift-based data operations to achieve hourly and daily targets for Purchase Order and STs processing with 100% accuracy.
•Run shift handovers by documenting pending tasks, system issues, and data anomalies to ensure zero information loss.
•Supervise and support shift-level Data Coordinators, assigning tasks and assisting with complex data entries.
•Perform real-time data hygiene audits, correcting errors and ensuring final outputs are reliable and properly formatted.
•Track shift performance against KPIs, support reporting for management, and resolve logistics/inbound discrepancies between physical stock and digital records.

Key Requirements

•Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables and formulas) and experience navigating ERP or Warehouse systems.
•2–3 years of experience in data management or logistics.
•Ability to clean large datasets and produce clear dashboards and management reports.
•Good understanding of supply chain flows, including PO management and inventory tracking.
•Knowledge of process automation and the data standards used in warehouse operations.
