Job Summary

Build and run Sonar’s Partner Accreditation and education programs end to end, from curriculum design and course development through LMS operations, digital credentialing, and assessment frameworks. Own learner and badge issuance experiences while partnering with Channel & Ecosystem, Sales, and Customer Success to align enablement to evolving partner and revenue needs. Track completion and pipeline impact via program reporting to prove ROI and guide future funding.

Key Responsibilities

•Build Sonar’s Partner Accreditation Program from the ground up, enabling partners to position, demonstrate, and deliver Sonar solutions at scale.
•Design and manage end-to-end learning paths for partner personas across sales and technical accreditation tracks.
•Collaborate with developer writers and instructional designers to develop, review, and refine course content.
•Own LMS operations including publishing courses, managing enrollments/completions, and driving a seamless partner experience through badge issuance.
•Administer digital credentialing and reporting, including assessment frameworks and program reporting on completion rates and pipeline influence.

Key Requirements

•At least 5 years of experience in partner enablement, channel programs, customer education, or a closely related field.
•Build structured learning programs including curriculum design, assessment development, and credentialing (ideally in B2B SaaS).
•Hands-on experience with a Learning Management System (LMS), including publishing, managing, and reporting on course content.
•Comfortable moving across curriculum strategy, LMS configuration, and stakeholder reporting without losing momentum.
•Strong project management skills with the ability to set timelines, manage dependencies, and follow through.
