Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for traffic engineering and transport planning, including modelling delivery and verification across transport projects.
  • •Work on Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) and related projects such as Traffic Engineering & Operations (TEO) and Traffic Management Center (TMC).
  • •Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and mobility planning, and perform transport and traffic analysis to support road design.
  • •Design and deliver traffic signal schemes and provide technical leadership, quality oversight, and mentoring to teams.
  • •Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations and coordinate with global teams in project meetings across time zones.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Transport Systems Engineering.
  • •8+ years of relevant experience in transport planning/modelling.
  • •Experience with transportation planning studies, traffic analysis/modelling, and design of transportation and traffic infrastructure.
  • •Strong proficiency with transport planning software including LinSIG, SATURN, Synchro, Sidra, Junctions, TRICS, and ArcGIS.
  • •Familiarity with US or UK & Ireland transportation planning standards (e.g., FHWA, AASHTO, DFT/Highways England Standards).
