Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist management and team leaders to achieve steady growth in production.
  • •Retain and grow client business through high renewal rates, client penetration, and creation of new opportunities.
  • •Identify risks and analyze loss history to recommend risk transfers and advise on insurance program design, coverage terms, and policy retention.
  • •Handle daily client insurance service needs, including new policy and claims enquiries, and coordinate with insurers or service providers for quotations and premium negotiations.
  • •Prepare insurance proposals and reports, participate in client presentations, and support premises/claims surveys while ensuring compliance with Aon operating procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide interpersonal and communication skills to work with clients, insurers, and internal teams.
  • •Demonstrate strong negotiation skills for insurer quotations and claims loss adjusters.
  • •Have sound general insurance experience across lines such as Property & Casualty, Public Liability, Motor, Employees’ Compensation, and Group Personal Accident & Travel.
  • •Be detail-minded with good problem-solving skills.
  • •Hold certification in ANZII, ACII, or across general insurance.
