Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full working shift.
  • •Fully manage facilities to meet or exceed production, cost, and quality targets when the General Manager isn’t onsite.
  • •Identify bottlenecks affecting throughput and efficiency; conduct root cause analysis and execute action plans with site leadership and associates.
  • •Run weekly site performance reviews with Senior Reconditioning leadership and report performance versus targets.
  • •Guide daily site manager huddles, support continuous improvement projects, and develop Reconditioning Lead and Manager populations through feedback and development plans.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of management experience in an automotive or lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience leading a team of 50+ associates and developing employees.
  • •Proven ability to solve urgent operational challenges using root cause analysis.
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years.
