Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage international Food Safety, Quality, and Operational Compliance for products supplied to Factor_ manufacturing facilities, collaborating with international Procurement teams.
  • •Lead strategic and innovative projects to standardize implementation of central policies by developing templates, procedures, and processes.
  • •Coordinate sharing of best practices across regions, translating insights into continuous improvement initiatives.
  • •Identify and assess key risks, establish mitigation methodologies, and manage supplier and product onboarding per HelloFresh Group requirements.
  • •Conduct audits at supplier production sites, analyze customer complaint trends, perform root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions, including supporting serious complaint investigations and recalls.

Key Requirements

  • •More than 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role within food manufacturing, assembly, distribution, retail, or a comparable food-related environment; international experience is desirable.
  • •Solid knowledge of relevant government food regulations across the UK and wider Europe, with in-depth knowledge of food safety systems, HACCP and COSHH.
  • •Level 3/4 Food Safety qualification or equivalent, and experience with internal and external audits is desirable.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • •Intermediate to advanced Google Suite skills (G-Sheets/Excel, G-Docs/Word, G-Slides/PowerPoint), plus strong analytical and organizational skills.
