Key Responsibilities

  • •Enable researchers and engineers to leverage AI to improve coding productivity without compromising code quality.
  • •Standardize AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) by configuring, hardening, maintaining, and integrating org-wide settings with individual preferences.
  • •Build secure, reproducible agent sandboxes for remote dev and CI testing.
  • •Set up golden-path development environments and guardrails for secrets and PII.
  • •Track tool usage, reliability, and cost, and support individual contributors’ personalized AI-enabled workflows.

Salary: USD 300,000 - 350,000 annually

Key Requirements
