Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coach a cohort of early-in-career Associate Solutions Engineers through their first 12 months, ensuring a seamless transition from onboarding to high-performance SE roles.
•Translate field-proven technical expertise into actionable coaching plans that emphasize technical agility, demo mastery, and role readiness.
•Train your cohort to utilize AI assistants and technical automation tools to streamline solution design, lab configurations, and administrative tasks during their foundational year.
•Execute rigorous performance tracking and conduct regular reviews to identify and bridge technical skill gaps throughout the one-year development program.
•Drive successful career transitions for your engineering team at the end of their first year, ensuring a steady pipeline of elite technical talent.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
•6+ years of experience in a field-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer or Technical Specialist).
•3+ years of direct people management experience in a sales organization.
•Proven track record in technical validation (demos/POVs) and utilizing AI-integrated workflows to automate technical tasks and drive efficiency.
•Proficiency in sales and engineering tools, including Salesforce and lab environments.
