Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and developing stakeholder communication plans to communicate project status.
  • •Review contract documents to identify risk and develop mitigation plans.
  • •Financially manage projects, including cash flow, forecasts, expense monitoring, collections support, backlog review, and applied cost reconciliation.
  • •Oversee subcontractors, including RFQ process, subcontract awards, and subcontractor execution; collaborate on project tasking, schedules, and control submittals review.
  • •Lead project administration: knowledge and risk mitigation of contract content language, scope/cost/schedule validation, compliance, documentation, safety guidelines, schedule development/maintenance, and change order management.

Key Requirements

  • •Combination of degree or minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC/BAS Controls and Project Management.
  • •Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management degree is a plus.
  • •Experience leading teams with different technical skill levels.
  • •Ability to plan resources/manpower efficiently.
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations, including DUI, hit & run, license suspension, reckless/careless driving, or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.
