Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform initial triage of potential security incidents in the SIEM solution.
  • •Conduct incident analysis on security alerts and respond using security runbooks and playbooks.
  • •Collaborate with security teams to develop SOAR/automation solutions to speed and improve response.
  • •Design, review, and tune alerts to increase efficiency.
  • •Mentor and coach within the team on new procedures/playbooks, and escalate incidents as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in information technology or cyber security roles, including security operations or incident response.
  • •Programming knowledge and aptitude.
  • •Demonstrated aptitude and interest in cyber security as a potential career change.
