Health Solutions Senior Consultant

Support the Account Executive as the Lead Consultant for health and welfare benefits strategy projects, taking ownership of deliverables from analysis through client presentations. Serve as the primary day-to-day vendor and/or client contact, coordinating with internal subject matter experts and external stakeholders. Lead project management and execution of client deliverables, manage client issues, and mentor junior colleagues while applying strong analytical and financial acumen.
