Job Summary

Drive the expansion of secure card-on-file tokenization across merchants, PSPs, acquirers, and issuers as part of Mastercard Checkout Services. Partner cross-functionally to design and deliver new functionality that improves token performance, analyze performance data and market dynamics, and engage customers to capture requirements and validate product-market fit. Lead tokenization epics, accelerate global adoption, and introduce enhancements that strengthen Mastercard’s e-commerce strategy.

•Partner with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver new functionality to promote token performance.

•Engage directly with merchants, PSPs, and acquirers to understand functional and non-functional requirements and ensure product-market fit.
•Collaborate with regional and customer-facing teams to accelerate adoption and growth of card-on-file tokenization globally.

•Proven product management experience within payments, fintech, or e-commerce ecosystems.
•Understanding of digital payments, tokenization, and/or authentication technologies.
