Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain operational aspects of the platform, including remediating vulnerabilities.
  • •Monitor platform support Slack channels and address customer questions and issues.
  • •Continuously improve file storage processes, governance, audit, legal and retention practices, and standards.
  • •Lead platform availability, resilience, and scalability, aligning with Architecture team requirements.
  • •Work across business lines to intake, provision, and deploy platform solutions and ensure software integrates seamlessly.
  • •Utilize scripting and automation to implement updates and improvements to platform capabilities.

Salary: USD 119,400 - 136,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • •4+ years using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory).
  • •2+ years of experience with AWS.
  • •2+ years administering Google Workspace or a similar enterprise productivity suite.
  • •Experience with application security, logging, monitoring, and auditability of access controls and data security/integrity.
