Tax Manager, Income

Manage federal, state, and international income tax compliance and reporting, including timely return filings and quarterly/annual ASC 740 provision work. Drive tax planning strategies to optimize cash flow, monitor legislative and regulatory changes, and ensure documentation for financial statement disclosures. Lead and develop a team of senior tax associates, improve internal tax processes and technology, and coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders across jurisdictions.
