Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Joint Venture finance operations by aligning JV initiatives with group standards and local regulations.
  • •Design and model cost structures and equity frameworks for new and existing JVs to optimize profitability, tax efficiency, and resource allocation.
  • •Maintain end-to-end oversight of finance-related projects, with heightened rigor for regulated jurisdictions and internal health metrics.
  • •Standardize and streamline Transfer Pricing documentation with Country Financial Controllers to ensure defensibility and alignment with global tax strategies.
  • •Drive implementation of indirect taxes and reporting directives, including CARF and DAC8, and coordinate Pillar 2 impact assessments and rollout with auditors and tax partners.
