Job Summary

Build and deploy LLM-powered tools and workflows that help Unity’s Ads Revenue Client Partners, Performance Managers, Sales, and BizOps work more effectively. Partner with teams to identify high-impact workflow problems, translate needs into requirements, develop and validate solutions using BigQuery/SQL and Python-based integrations, and drive adoption through training and playbooks—while measuring usage and productivity impact.

•Build AI-powered tools and workflows used by Client Partners, Performance Managers, Sales, and BizOps.
•Develop LLM-based solutions for account research, performance reporting, and client communication.
•Create lightweight internal tools and integrations for GTM workflows, and maintain prompt/workflow libraries across the org.
•Embed with teams to understand day-to-day workflows, prioritize a build backlog by business impact and feasibility, and translate needs into clear requirements.
•Drive adoption through training, onboarding, playbooks/how-to guides, and measure usage and productivity impact.

Key Requirements

•6+ years in a technical, data, or analytical role at a technology company.
•Hands-on experience building with LLMs (including Claude) to create tools or automated workflows.
•Hands-on experience developing and debugging scripts or applications (preferably in Python) to connect APIs, manage data pipelines, and orchestrate autonomous AI agents.
•Familiarity with BigQuery and SQL to understand data and validate AI tool outputs.
•Demonstrated ability to build tools that go-to-market teams adopt and use, with clear communication across technical and business audiences.
