Manage technology requirements for corporate conferences and high-touch meetings, partnering with event planners, communications teams, admins, vendors, and internal technology groups. Act as the point of contact for event technology planning, translating AV and conferencing needs into technical readiness plans. Coordinate end-to-end event tech readiness (AV, conferencing, streaming, networking), maintain standards and playbooks, and drive continuous improvement to improve stakeholder experience.
