Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather and define event technology requirements with event planners, communications teams, admins, and other stakeholders.
  • •Recommend appropriate technology solutions based on event type, audience, and format.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end technical readiness for events, including AV, conferencing, streaming, networking, and hybrid/remote support.
  • •Coordinate with AV operators, product owners, platform vendors, network support, PC support, and other technology teams to ensure reliable delivery.
  • •Maintain standards, presets, and playbooks, and contribute to continuous improvement of event technology processes and readiness.
