Job Summary

Lead engineering for Collective’s member platform, acting as a player-coach to ship fast and iterate from customer needs. You’ll mentor and grow ICs, drive delivery of complex multi-disciplinary projects, and align architecture, design, and product decisions across Product, Design, and Operations. Partnering with engineers and non-technical stakeholders, you’ll also promote modern AI tools and agent-based workflows to improve development speed and code quality.

•Act as a player-coach balancing hands-on technical work and people leadership.

•Drive engineering clarity on architecture and product decisions across teams, leveraging full-stack capability.

•Organizational leadership experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders and weighing tradeoffs.
