Job Summary

Handle and administer investment-linked insurance products across the full lifecycle—new subscriptions, changes, payouts, and investigations. Investigate and resolve more complex customer cases with colleagues, take ownership of outcomes and end-to-end customer experience, and help simplify and improve processes. Join a team of about ten in SEB Pension & Försäkring’s Fondförsäkring group, supporting ongoing transformation and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Process fund insurance cases end-to-end, from new subscriptions and changes to payouts and investigations.
•Investigate and resolve more complex cases, often together with colleagues.
•Own your work and keep the customer’s overall experience front and center.
•Contribute to simplifying and making processes more efficient.
•Collaborate broadly with colleagues and other parts of the organization.

Key Requirements

•At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry or similar.
•Experience working across the full process, including new subscriptions, changes, and payouts.
•Ability to interpret terms and regulations and make business-appropriate assessments.
•Strong attention to detail and structured working style.
•Experience handling and resolving complex cases collaboratively (Lumera experience is a plus).
