Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end payroll delivery for Australia and coordinate UK and Singapore payroll with external providers.
  • •Liaise with the Employer of Record (EOR) partner for employees in other countries, working closely with the Global Payroll Lead.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience as a payroll specialist (or similar), ideally across multiple countries/jurisdictions.
  • •Working knowledge of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements (e.g., Fair Work, superannuation, STP, payroll tax).
  • •Hands-on payroll processing experience in Rippling, including oversight of automated STP reporting and superannuation payments.
  • •Comfort working with employee self-service (ESS) systems, reviewing and acting on employee-submitted changes.
  • •Strong Excel skills and a high attention to detail for handling sensitive, payroll-critical data.
