Key Responsibilities

  • •Own NAMER collection litigation support, analytics, and settlement management reporting, including developing KPIs, dashboards, and metrics.
  • •Conduct analytics across the franchise lifecycle and support settlement probability tracking against litigation costs with stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate and monitor collection litigation-related payments for timely processing, accuracy, and recordkeeping, and track settlements and collection activity.
  • •Prepare litigation support packages for legal handoff, coordinating governance meetings and developing reporting for legal governance.
  • •Support contract interpretation and contracts compliance by reviewing obligations and risks, conducting due diligence, and drafting compliance correspondence.

Key Requirements

  • •Fluent English (speaking, reading, and writing) to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • •5–7 years of experience as a legal operations specialist, contract administrator, or similar legal support role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, or Finance preferred).
  • •Strong contract management and legal documentation knowledge, with strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills.
  • •Advanced Excel skills, plus preferred experience with Salesforce Lightning and/or TyMetrix or other Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) systems.
