Key Responsibilities

  • •Support capacity planning and site acquisition efforts in assigned metros/regions.
  • •Conduct data center market analysis and research to inform site acquisition strategy.
  • •Assist with supplier engagement and evaluation, supporting procurement and due-diligence documentation.
  • •Track and manage the existing lease portfolio, including key terms, deadlines, and renewal opportunities.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional materials and logistics (Legal, Finance, Engineering, Compliance) to support contract negotiations and deal execution.

Key Requirements
