Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate administrative support across functions, working with other team assistants/executive assistants.
  • •Manage correspondence and documentation, including drafting letters and maintaining paper/digital filing.
  • •Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, agendas, and (when needed) meeting minutes and follow-up.
  • •Screen calls and visitors, communicate key documents (minutes, reports) to stakeholders, and ensure timely responses.
  • •Coordinate travel, visa applications, expense claims, attendance/vacation planning, and ERP actions including TCRFs and invoice processing.
