Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience by meeting individual and store sales goals and supporting daily store operations. Build client relationships through styling and fashion expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and upselling, and use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Maintain service standards while completing key operational tasks like cash wrap, inventory processing, and visual merchandising.
