Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the CEO's Thought Partner and support the CEO in executing priority tactical and strategic work.
•Drive strategic projects end-to-end, scoping goals, success metrics, and reporting outcomes.
•Hold executive accountability to ensure execution on immediate priorities and maintain an accountability loop.
•Act as a force multiplier by collaborating across functions to align teams and accelerate progress.
•Handle executive-level confidential communications and strategic decisions with professionalism and empathy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 230,000 annually
