Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
•Support mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure comfort and safety
•Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical and emotional condition
•Provide emotional support and companionship, promoting dignity and respect
•Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive care environment

Key Requirements

•Diploma in Nursing
•Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in LTVU
•Basic knowledge of patient care, safety practices, and infection control
•Compassionate, patient-focused approach with strong communication skills
•Must have DOH License
