Lead specification-led growth for Hydro’s stormwater solutions across the UK. Secure product specifications at design stage and influence key technical decisions for infrastructure, residential, and commercial projects. Build and manage a strong pipeline through CRM, deliver CPD presentations, represent the business at industry events, and collaborate with regional sales, technical, proposals, and customer service teams to drive forecasting and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and deliver a specification sales plan for the UK stormwater sector.
•Secure specification positions by engaging designers, engineers, local authorities, and major contractors.
•Build and maintain a project pipeline and track opportunities through CRM.
•Deliver CPD presentations to engineering and architectural practices.
•Represent Hydro at trade shows, seminars, exhibitions, and key industry events while supporting forecasting and solution delivery.

Key Requirements

•Experience in technical sales within the construction sector (Civils/Infrastructure preferred).
•Proven track record in specification-led sales.
•Experience delivering CPDs or technical presentations.

•Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and design documents.
