Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, planning, and execution of enterprise-wide internal and external listening strategy, including surveys, qualitative programs, and embedded diagnostics
  • •Partner with and coach executives to address organizational health, behavior, teammate experience, and cultural opportunities based on data insights
  • •Develop organizational health, teammate experience, culture, and community metrics and dashboards for strategic planning and senior leader decisions
  • •Establish and lead a Listening Center of Excellence with enterprise listening process alignment, governance, and best practices

  • •Eight years of experience in organizational development, data analytics, culture, organizational health, or employee experience
  • •Lead large-scale enterprise listening programs, including survey design, qualitative listening, pulse checks, and community needs assessments
  • •Deep expertise in quantitative data analysis plus dashboard/reporting development and community needs assessment
