Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain heat treatment processes for aerospace disk forging to meet engineering, customer, and industry requirements.
•Analyze production data and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and increase productivity.
•Collaborate with quality, operations, and design teams to resolve manufacturing issues and drive continuous improvement.
•Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process and quality-related issues.
•Support NPIs by developing and validating heat treatment procedures, tooling, and equipment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Materials Science with 2+ years’ experience in aerospace, engineering, manufacturing operations, materials, quality, or process/continuous improvement; or a Master’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
•Understanding of heat treatment methods, metallurgy, and material properties.
•Proficiency in CAD software, manufacturing simulation tools, and data analysis techniques.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
•Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
