Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and maintain 3D models of Electrical and ELV systems using Autodesk Revit.
  • •Generate 2D drawings and construction documents (plans, sections, details) from 3D models.
  • •Coordinate Electrical models with architectural, structural, and other MEP disciplines and resolve clashes using Navisworks Manage.
  • •Update and maintain BIM models throughout the project lifecycle from concept through design stages.
  • •Support BIM standards by assisting with templates and families, participate in BIM coordination meetings, and prepare QA/QC checklists for submissions.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modelling specifically for Electrical systems.
  • •Strong experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • •Experience working on ACC/BIM360 and ISO 19650 workflows.
  • •Experience with Dynamo, BIM 360, or other advanced BIM tools.
