Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, establish, and integrate comprehensive project plans and schedules throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Initiate, integrate, monitor, and status internal/external project schedules into a comprehensive program or integrated project master schedule.
  • •Prepare project life cycle and master schedules and statuses using Primavera; develop plans from multiple discipline drawings and specifications.
  • •Provide schedule guidance across project phases; coordinate with estimating/finance to define scope detail and durations supporting project monitoring and project controls reporting.
  • •Collect/report progress, evaluate variances, develop work-arounds, perform resource loading and earned value tracking, and coordinate resolution with contractors, vendors, and project teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven prior project controls leadership and supervisory experience.
  • •5+ years of Primavera scheduling experience.
  • •Strong understanding of design and construction progress measurement.
  • •Solid understanding of practical project controls applications and earned value measurement.
  • •Solid working knowledge of theme parks, show/ride product lines, and design and construction (preferred).
