2nd Shift Maintenance Trainee

Provide general and preventive maintenance for food manufacturing equipment, ensuring safe, compliant work while using and maintaining required personal protective equipment. Apply knowledge of tools and machinery used in poultry processing (including de-boning and marination equipment), read technical drawings, and follow food-industry regulatory requirements. Use PM Systems and Microsoft applications, maintain ammonia-system-related skills, and support facility operations across scheduled days on 2nd shift.
