Key Responsibilities

•Support Inventory Operations by setting operating plans to deliver the right products to customers on time, improving cycle times, and working with manufacturing planning to execute start plans.
•Support Manufacturing Operations by ensuring start plan execution at factories and analyzing factory optimization and product support at key manufacturing sites.
•Support Customer Operations by identifying weaknesses in customers' supply chains, implementing optimal supply chain solutions, and using end-market knowledge to assist business forecasting and anticipate disruptions.
•Support Logistics by improving inbound/outbound transportation flows, optimizing finished-goods networks between factories and distribution centers, and managing delivery of products to customers.
•Participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP) with professional/technical training and on-the-job learning to ramp into TI through hands-on experiences.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or related field.
•Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA or higher.
•Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders critical to success, both internally and externally.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in teams across functions.
