Key Responsibilities

•Lead the definition, mobilisation and oversight of analytics-enabled project controls services across complex infrastructure programmes and PMOs.
•Translate client challenges into practical, scalable controls analytics solutions and provide executive-level interpretation of insights.
•Shape and pursue work-winning opportunities, bids and client propositions to expand the Controls Analytics offering.
•Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering a consultancy mindset and capability growth while ensuring value delivery beyond scope.
•Oversee risk, change and performance analytics integration into controls frameworks and governance models.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Data/Analytics or related discipline.
•Professional certifications (APM, PMI, MSP, RICS, AACE or similar) desirable.
•Typically 15+ years’ experience across project controls, PMO leadership, and/or consultancy.
•Proven leadership experience operating at senior level within complex programmes or consultancy.
•Strong understanding of controls analytics solutions and governance frameworks.
