Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the definition, mobilisation and oversight of analytics-enabled project controls services across complex infrastructure programmes and PMOs.
  • •Translate client challenges into practical, scalable controls analytics solutions and provide executive-level interpretation of insights.
  • •Shape and pursue work-winning opportunities, bids and client propositions to expand the Controls Analytics offering.
  • •Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, fostering a consultancy mindset and capability growth while ensuring value delivery beyond scope.
  • •Oversee risk, change and performance analytics integration into controls frameworks and governance models.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Finance, Data/Analytics or related discipline.
  • •Professional certifications (APM, PMI, MSP, RICS, AACE or similar) desirable.
  • •Typically 15+ years’ experience across project controls, PMO leadership, and/or consultancy.
  • •Proven leadership experience operating at senior level within complex programmes or consultancy.
  • •Strong understanding of controls analytics solutions and governance frameworks.
